GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition - R08 Hockenheim
Welcome to the Round 8 of the 2006 GP2 Two Worlds Prediction Competition!
GP2 Series will continue its activities at the motodrom of Hockenheim, circuit that used to be with long straights and now is twistiest and shortest. Despite the results of Magny-Cours, Lewis Hamilton is still the great favourite, but could be other contenders that will fight him for the title, or will go for their first win, podium... or points. In all GP2 race weekends, we'll post our predictions for these items: race 1 polesitter, top 8 finishers of Race 1, top 6 finishers of Race 2 and fastest lap scorers of races 1 and 2. The deadline will be at 4:00 AM GMT Hour of July 28th. A detailed overview of the rules can be found HERE. Best of all lucks for everyone! |

Frenchman Olivier Pla had to step down from his seat due to budget problems. Then, Russian Vitaly Petrov will race DPR car #20 since Hockenheim round of the 2006 GP2 Series Championship. GP2 TWPC Rulebook remarks about this: "...When a concursant predicts a driver who left his seat, in the predictions usually we will consider the car he had raced, no matter who drives that car. There is one exception: when the driver who left his car goes to another team to drive with their car." That means that, in this round of GP2 TWPC, all entries where Pla is predicted in the results, would be considered as Petrov's. |
