Hmmm, not terrible but not brilliant either. They'd have been better off sorting out the front cycle wings instead as they contribute just under 70% of the (enormous) front lift on a 7!

Surely, it'll create more drag and make the car go slower on a hillclimb?

Any downforce will still useful on the corners of a hillclimb.
It would have more effect if the car had more width of front body work, but good on him for trying something. So Locost47 are the 'cycle wings' worse than open wheels? |
