Wow - very shiny!
That will afford a huge amount of protection to that pit lane. I'm surprised any pit lane is fenceless anymore, it's got to be a negligence claim waiting to happen. Perhaps it was nicer without a fence but that's as long as you're not the person sweeping the body parts off the floor after a coming together alongside it. |

I watched from the pit wall at Combe last year for a race when helping out a team and in some ways it was "nice" without the fence but to be honest if standing there again will be a lot happier with it - certainly safer - or at least as safe as it can be standing on the pit wall if you know what I mean.

Interesting what happens if we have an incident on the startline as i see theres only one gap for us marshals to get out..thats a long run to the end of wall ????
