Gotta be Smokin joe. Hopefully he'd bring BMW with him. It was a shame he was only here for two years. I'd love most of them back really.

Smokin' Jo strictly did 3 years here (93,94 and 96) but yeah he deserves a chance. Or maybe Aiello (1 title from 1 season) but he's charging in the DTM. Menu may consider it if 2002 is anotehr nightmare for him, and he'd be welcome back. Sad to say, overall the best Touring Car racers around are in the DTM right now.

I say G.I Jo. But really what series would you drive in Dtm or British tooting cab championship.

Would love to see Soper back in competitive machinery but thats against doctors orders right now.

I'd like to see Tom Kristensen and Gabrielli Tarquini back but also Simon Harrison, Roger Moen and Steve Soper. I'm not complaining though as I think we've got a pretty good driver line-up any way, although it would be great to see those mentioned above return to the series

Let's have the man Cleland back. He can form a vauxhall superteam with Paul O'Neil.

It would be nice to see many of the drivers named back again, but I do think we've got a pretty good grid in the 2002 BTCC and things are looking good this year.

If I had to see someone return who is not on the voting list, it would either be Paul Radisich or Patrick Watts.

I think Cleland for a return too. I too have his Autograph and a scale model of his 1998 Vectra with the case signed by him.

Cleland seemed to be losing his edge though in the last few years of his BTCC career

I'm sure JC could teach some of the drivers on the grid at the moment a thing or two

I would rather see the BTCC disappear than have Jason Plato back in the series. Plato is one of the most unfair drivers I've ever seen. As I have said before, I think that Yvan Muller should have won the championship last year.
P.S.-I agree OVERSTEER, John Cleland could teach a lot of the current drivers a thing or two.
