FIA Safety Car Regulations

I have been informed by a Belgian colleague that the FIA have changed their Safety Car regulations.
I have posted them on the website in their entirety, but have not been sad enough to discover the differences!
If you would like to know the regs they are on: http://www.flag-marshal.org.uk

Well (as far as I know!) they just wave cars past rather than show them a green light, and at Brands in the F3/GT meeting last year the only time waved yellows were meant to be shown was when the Incident was in your sector, not when the crocodile was in you sector!

coombemarshal you will find that you would be running to MSA regs and not FIA regs....
even then the regs for F1 are different from that....
