November

This is looking ahead to something that may or may not happen. And there is a back up too....

Possibly, in about November (I don't even know if it will be early or late) I will hopefully be coming over the Europe.

So the simple question is, what is on then?

The backup, and I'm hopeful I can do both, is next year in about June/July. If so, then I'll definitely be going to Le Mans. But that will be for a different thread for another day.

The only meeting I have listed for Novemeber is the trucks and fireworks meeting at Donny on the 3rd. I think there's also a clubbie or two at Brands but that's about it.

If you can, do Le Mans next year. I am planning on organising a big trip over next time and doing it a hell of a lot cheaper than the trip we just had to cancel for this year. We'd be pleased to accomodate you on that!

It'd be great to see you elephino!

Truck racing and fireworks at Donington is usually a real cracker, and not to be missed, and there will probably be some winter series of various club championships that should provide good entertainment and a taste of UK racing if you're interested.

Nothing at Knockhill...

Nothing at Snetterton or Oulton Park or Cadwell Park or Mallory Park or Thruxton or Pembrey (unless you fancy the performance driving school at Pembrey)

The European Rallycross at Croft is planned for mid November, should be a big event, Hanson, Eklund, Gollop, Hunsbedt, Kuypers will all be there.

Hmm..well most likely to be later in November as I'll be on the Gold Coast for CART in late October already and I would like a day or two off...hmm, my work won't like me if I do this Network Q Rally sounds good though, will have been 3 years by then since having seen WRC.

The second trip is more likely, but waiting on my mum getting a job as she'd be paying for me to get over there and would most likely be combined with a trip to Africa. The question is timing and I've already pointed out what I have mentioned above.

Nice to see Club 100 karting still racing at that time of year. Thing is I do not really want to race (club100=arrive and drive) that time of year. I say that as I know someone who raced in Feb and said it was dangerous (cold, wet and dark)But then again if hire of the circuit is cheap then why not race there
