O'Schumacher should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Engine Penalties
According to AUTOSPORT.COM, the following drivers have recieved 5 point penalties after Croft:

Paul O'Neil
Warren Hughes
Phil Bennett (his second 5 pointer)
Rob Collard
O'Schumacher is offline
