ERA Jaguar
I am doing some research on racing at Ouston and there was an ERA Jaguar (3.4) driven by J. Nicholson of Penrith. it was on the grid ahead of Jackie Stewart's E type in the June 63 meeting. Was this an E type ERA with a Jag engine - it was running as a sports car by the way.

I assume this is the ex Ken Flint car. If so it was described in Motor Sport in 1955. The chassis was ERA E type # GP1 that had been raced by Peter Walker. The engine went to Rob Walker for the ERA-Delage and the chassis finished up at Flint's Autospeed Garage in Liverpool where it was modified into a cycle-wing two-seater with Jaguar XK engine. Verdun Edwards also drove it under the Autospeed banner around 1955/56.
