Smålandsbanan

My new track, and a big one too. It lies in a wooded area; think Road America or the old Nürburgring. Its still in an early stage, and edits and comments are more than welcome.

It runs clockwise, by the way (why couldn't I edit the post?)

It could almost be a classic, because it looks natural and is fast and challenging.
Please post some more info on length and elevation changes. Thanks.

The track is 6,3 kilometers. It has some quite nice elevation changes; one is the climb from turn 2 to about two thirds of the second straight. It then drops off slightly before turn 5 and rises again after it. It declines through turns 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 (11 is the lowest point). The straight before turn 12 see a slight climb that continues a bit into the last staight before the sweeper. As the driver approaches the sweeper there is no more elevation change.

These are nice graphics, too, but there will be more runoff needed around the Esses just before the pits.

Do you mean to the left or right of the track, or both?

Love it, although i think if you consider the width of the track to the amount of runoff on the right hand side, it seems a bit excessive.

Great circuit nonetheless!
