This Sunday, October 15 at 10:30 PM EST on the Food Network's show "Food Fantasy" you can see me, ChefJohn, living out my Food Fantasy by cooking for Chip Ganassi's Vasser & Montoya. This was filmed on the Friday prior to the Chicago Grand Prix. Yeah, I am a huge fan and I had an AMAZING day! Vasser is The Man! Enjoy.

hey chef john, thanks for the heads up. caught the show last night and it looks like you had a great day at the races! had not seen that show before, but i bet your fantasy was one of the more unusual they've had. it was fun to see
