Van Diemen FFord RF86 chassis 1041 (history sought)
Formula Ford chassis no 1041 was sold to Azuis Schmellmann in Switzerland Feb 1986 minus engine colour white (now blue/yellow stripe) ... I have searched everywhere for info on this car and history but so far no success.
Car is now been in Australia for nearly 3 x years and is eligible for a "Historic" pre 1990 log book and CAMS C of D papers but it is necessary with such applications to provide results and racing history although Derek Wild at Van Diemen Heritage UK has confirmed the car but has no further history. Why don´t you try to contact Alois Schnellmann and ask him?
