1a Tyres

Maybe this should be in the Technical Forum, but it might get a better reaction here.

After my first couple of speed events of the season, reality (well this is my excuse anyway) has stuck that my Firestone (Fuelsaver) tyres just aren't up to the job... everyone seems to have yokos or potenzas..the swines.

I'm struggling to find anything sporty for the midget, size would be 165 or 155 / 13 inch. If anyone knows or has (that they don't want) some tyres that may be suitable (1a list), could you let me know?

Many thanks

Dan.

If you can stretch your budget far enough, buy a set of Yoko A539s. They're plentiful in the 165 x 13 size, and are very popular for road and race Minis, and are therefore relatively cheap..

Can't help you with second-hand ones though I'm afraid - mine are all worn to the canvas
