Favourite Liveries
Came across this in this months F1 Magazine, one of my favourite all time liveries. The 1993 Ligier, this livery was used at Suzuka and Adelaide.
Here is Martin Brundle at Adelaide. . |

I personally liked the Jordan's when they were using
"Bitten and Hisses" in non tobacco advertising countries.... With a snakes head across the nose of the car........ Wanted to get hold of a t-shirt or pit shirt with that design on but never got the chance |

I loved the 1997 and 1998 Arrows liveries. But 2002's was gorgeouso-mondo! Pity it raced roughly twice......

Liveries that I like:
- Jordan 1991, with Fuji and SevenUp, maybe my favorite - Lotus John Player Special (any of them...) - any Fittipaldi with Copersucar sponsorship (the styled hummingbird and the colourful stripes on yellow background were very attractive). In constrast, any Fittipaldi without teh Copersucar colours is awful! - Minardi 1995 (seriously) - RAM 1984 (Skoal Bandit) - Arrows Ragno+Beta, 1981 - Arrows Warsteiner, 1978 - Arrows "chequered" 1993 - Benetton-Benetton (green), particularly the 1987 one. |

I like the proper old national colours. The scarlet red of Ferrari, the dark BRG of BRM etc...
But there have been some great one since. I like the Marly McLarens, especially the ones where the car was uncluttered - around 84 to 88 and also 93. I also like the Brabhams that Bononi mentioned, better than the current Williams (but it is nice they are similar). Also, of course, andy JPS Lotus! The standard ones there! |

I like the Footwork Arrows ('93), red blue Arrows ('96) and the Simtek ('95).
The darker coloured Ferrari of the past (pre-Schumacher) I like more then the current Ferrari. But off course there are more nice liveries. |

Woa, so many people like the 1991 Jordan!
Adam, you mentioned cars liveried in national (racing) colours. What about listing them? - Great Britain is of course "British" green (I love it); - Brazil is yellow with a green stripe (or more than one stripe); - Italy of course is red, France is pale blue, Germany is silver, Japan is white with a red "sun" and... ...what about other countries? I am curious to learn about Portugal and Argentina, for example. |

although I'm not sure 100% with his list at the end. Scotland, while being part of GB, stuck to Blue. Well Ecurie Ecosse did anyway. I don't remember any blue Scottish F1 cars though? |

My all time favourite has to be the Jordan from 1991, i think it was helped by the good solid clean lines of the chassis.
