Another Sad Anniversary
29th August 1977 I believe was the date when Brian McGuire was killed at Brands Hatch I believe driving a F5000 car in a Group 8 meeting somewhere out the back. The details I cannot remember except not only did Brian lose his life but one or two marshals also died when the car came to rest where they were standing. Please all be careful this weekend and spare a thought for those who are no longer with us. - Balders

I believe the accident occured during morning practice out at Dingle Dell / Stirlings. Very sad.
