crgmichael should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
qd or qs max carbs

Just wondering whats the difference in performance if any,i have a 8.5 qs
on my max with a k98 needle ,is there much difference in performane between a k27 or k98 needle

There are many differing views on this. Overall opinion though seems to be the K27 gives smoother bottom end and slightly better acceleration however with a slight loss top end. I switched to a K27 and it suited my driving style/engine gearing well. All you can do at the end of the day though is test, see how it seems for you
