new tcr iberian series (the combined portugal and spain series) starts this weekend with only 8 cars

The title in the TcT article is shameful at the very least.
I can't see a single Spanish driver. Who is organising this Iberian series? |

Also in 2017 they struggled with entries. The situation isn't changed...
