Grand Prix+

There have been a couple of threads about Autosport in recent years and I have to agree that it is better now than it was before. That's the reason why for the moment my subscription remains intact.

However, for those who have cancelled theirs, there are now eMagazine alternatives.

The first is the Australian, GP Week, which you can find here. Good points are that it's free, comes out on the Monday following an event and, apart from F1, also covers MotoGP and the WRC.

An alternative is Grand Prix+, for which you have to pay a subscription of £25 by PayPal, but if you don't want to commit immediately you have the chance to download the Melborne 2009 issue FOC to get a taste of what's on offer.

£25 for 17 issues sounds a lot, but you also get access to all issues from 2007 and 2008, which you can either read on site or download and keep.

It only deals with F1, but not just the current race, and is beautifully written by Joe Saward and David Tremayne. My first 69 page copy landed in my Inbox this morning

The website is here. As you can probably tell, this one gets my vote. I think you get what you pay for, TBH.

JamesRamone should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
That GP week is very good for free.

That GP+ also looks very good. But i'm rather old school and would rather sit on the sofa with the actual magazine. (I know you can print the PDF versions but i still don't think its the same).

I think I will stick with Autosport and F1 racing for the time being.

Thanks for the links to the sites though, i will keep an eye on GP week.

Brilliant
