Yes- wonder what's happened there then......?
A few other surprises as well- some unexpected BTC Production entries, particularly from GR Motorsport who seem to be launching a takeover bid for the class, which is now to be known as BTC-Ford Focus..... Last edited by KA; 5 Mar 2001 at 17:46. |

And good to see Robbie C in there too - but in a Clio ?! I do wonder what the situation is with JSM though - do you think that they plan to still enter BTC-P at a later date ? Or are they planning on sticking to BTC-T ? Wonder if Redshoes knows anything - he seems to get on pretty well with the team... |

We can obviously assume from the 888 team name (Team Egg) that the internat financial company sponsoring 888 is the egg credit card company.....
P.S What happened to the other two BSR Primeras? There is only one on the list.... |

As I have been saying, JSM are a waste of space.

You have a good point there Trace... I wonder if the fans who only watch on Grandstand will be confused by the number of people who have dropped out of the series from last year ? I really hope that they don't switch off as I think there's some real quality in that there list, and I can't wait for the season to kick off!

You're not wrong about the quality and I just hope the BTC-P class gets enough TV coverage. There's at least 8 or 10 drivers with a realistic chance of taking the title.

If you mean Paul O'Neill, yes he is Racing Spice. Drove the bronze coloured 'Northern Star' MGF last year. If you mean is he one of the 8-10, err no

Oi Antill!
What do you mean by "in a Clio"? You got a problem with Clios? I expect it is a West Surrey Racing clio as raced in Europe last year... considering these were being rumoured to be about £80k each (compared to £75k for a Pug and £40k ish for a Focus) that is a serious piece of kit... RickP |

I've just noticed that Tom Boardman is on the entry list for the BTCP, he was just 16 years old when he raced in the NSC last year, considering that he wasn't old enough to hold a drivers license for the road, how did he manage to obtain a competition license? Phil or Rick, maybe you'd be able to help me out here.
