Tom "the Mongoose" McEwen
Legendary funny car driver/owner/promoter Tom "Mongoose" McEwen passed away at the age of 81.

Tom "Mongoose" McEwen (you have to say it like that every time too) was in the twilight of his career and racing Top Fuel when I remember him, but he is probably most well known for Hot Wheels. Every Hot Wheels track sets sold for three decades were Mongoose vs. the Snake.  RIP Mongoose!
