Which was Jenson Button's best race?
Considering 2004, which race did Jenson do best in?
Four seconds. Six thirds. Five other points finishes. Three no scores. Which was best? I'm going to throw Hockenhiem in as a suggestion. Ten place penalty, great battle to get to second and one handed for the last few laps! He was never in a position to win that race like some of the others, but was always moving up the order. |

Yeah, gotta agree, Hockenheim was a good drive from Button. However, his first stint in the San Marino GP was a drive. He was very quick, and it's just a shame that no one can out last the ferraris in fuel strategy.

Hockenheim, because he had quite a battle with Alonso, as opposed to China, where he mostly had to be quick to snatch Räikkönen's second place. You can see I prefer a battle rather than strategies...

I think Monaco was a good race when he was closing on Trulli for first.

Hockenheim was extremely impressive - he showed that runninga normal fuel level despite a 10-place penalty can be the optimal strategy, and made consistant progress through the order. Monaco and Monza are noteworthy as well - he oculd've feasibly won any of those 3 races. I'm sure it'll come in 2005.

Hockenheim is certainly his stand-out race, but I was impressed with his speed and concentration at Monaco. Although it's near impossible to pass, he never gave up there either...

Hockenheim for me too. 10 place penalty and problems with his crash hat.
Probably to most realistic chance of a win (looking back in hindsight), we will never know, but would love to have seen if he would have won had he started in 3rd place as he qualified, what with those extra 5 laps worth of fuel too. |

Hockenheim. According to James Allen he had his 'race face' on, which is probably a good thing. Really imrpessive drive, although there was loads to choose form - it was close between he, Michael and Kimi for Driver of the Season in my book.
