pink69 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Is plato good enough to be the champ?

After 2 rounds of the new BTCC and after just the one win , Jason Plato leads the Championship in the Astra. Does he have what it takes to become champion or will Muller pip him to the crown?

I think it is way too early to tell, Plato is quite probably good enough but then again so are Muller and Thompson!

I suspect that in the long run Muller will come out on top. But who knows?

Without doubt Plato is good enough. But then again, so are Yvan and Thommo. May the best man win!

As long as its a three way fight at the the last race I don't mind, but Thommo will triumph....

Derek Warwick has already said there will be no teams orders and also Plato went out with steering problems today.

Seemingly, Plato had to start the feature race with no clutch because to remove the clutch would require an engine being removed.

The engine probably, but he had a clutch problem as well.

Apparently Plato also had some brake problems which is why he went off!
