If J is for Janson, then K is for ...
Russell Ingall has debuted a new chassis at QR, with his previous car (Janson)now run by Tim Slade.
Following the PMM tradition, this would be chassis K....for what? KRudd? Kramer? KFC? Anyone know? Presumably, the car that one day might be the TKR machine is the I for Indian chassis. |

Confirmed in today's Telegraph by Russell. Apparently he had a habit of celebrating by doing victory lap in reverese !?!!

And a 'Polish Lap' (named in honor of Kulwicki) is often done as a tribute to a racer of official who has recently passed away.

I'd like it to stay on former Touring Car drivers. If Janson is like Peter Janson, I'd like a driver from the past whose name starts with K. Katayama, Moffat's old co-driver from the Mazda days, comes to mind but would like to do better (Ken Lusty was the only other driver I could think of)

Personally I think Kev would have been an appropriate tribute. |
