i reckon de ferran or tracy are the best bet....reynard honda still the package. patrick cant cope with 2 drivers gunning for the title, brack cant win cause he's a "rookie", newman haas have lost the plot, they should sack fittipaldi aswell.

Houston is going to be the race to see, I mean paul won it last year, but gil and the penske have been flying lately, so it´s going to be a good weekend. As for michael i think he lost his chances at gateway, i don´t see him having a good run on texas, but who knows.

anyone with any brain at all knows gil will win. mikey's just not in favour anymore, albeit due to the engine not being as good as it should be.
bob moreno is very consistent. i'd be watching him very carefully just in case gil has a run of bad luck. or horror of horrors, helio starts going really fast. interesting to see kenny's still in it mathematically. shows irl does train the guys up well. (ok, he was very quick in europe, but still....) |

Oh, don't even mention Gil and Bad Luck in the same sentence. He's snake bit some races ... and Helio is one fast little dude as well ...
I would like Gil to win best of course, but wouldn't it be something if Moreno did it! Boy you talk about crying on the podium - he'd be like Alice in Wonderland and be washed right off the podium and down the piste ... but nobody could possibly be unhappy if he won it all. |

IF he has a good result in Houston, I still think Fernandez has a shot. I certainly never count him out on the big ovals.

call me stupid (no, actually, don't), but does helio still have a mathematical chance of it? it would make my lifetime if he could win. maybe next year, eh? no, definitely.
best not talk about christian, eh? i guess it'd be nice if moreno won, cause he's all cute and bald.....uh, and fast too. he's been going for ages, and he has had so much luck in terms of the driver market it would be a shame if he ran away with nothing. can't see him retiring for a while though. |

Moreno will be racing when he is 75 years old and he will by that time bear a close resemblance to Mr. Magoo.
But not as nearsighted one hopes. Yes, Fernandez should not be counted out just yet. In fact NOBODY should be counted out. Except Luis Garcia Jr. perhaps..... |
