Round 20 : Brazilian Grand Prix (Season Finale)
Well, looks like frostie has gone to Brazil and got lost in the Amazon Rainforest... some rumours said he was captured by a tribe with only women in tiny bikinis ! If that's the case I'm considering to have a go there also !

Yes, Interlagos is wonderful. Anything can happen there. It's probably in need of some renovation, but hopefully that won't cause it to lose any of its character. The actual track is fine, except for perhaps there's too much run-off area at turn one.
There's a 100% forecast of rain for the race on Sunday! |

Unsurprising remarks from Alonso at a critical point in the championship. I think it's called 'gamesmanship'. |

Anyone get a screenshot of the bit at the end of FP2 where Lewis was on about a "track worker" standing in the braking area for turn one

Here we are at the end of another season and the WDC is down to the last race. It's Vettel's to lose and he hasn't had a DNF in a while.

There's a rapidly increasing chance of rain (and lots of it) for qualifying. That could mix things up a bit!
Remember that Alonso can only stand a chance of winning the championship by finishing in the top three. There are many permutations for what would be the result with regard to his position in the top three and where Vettel finishes, but essentially he has to get a podium finish. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this championship is decided in a similar way in which the 2008 championship was. It may be that everything could be decided by 'radio messages' and 'adjustments' in the running order. Tin foil hats at the ready! |
