andlowe should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Quick question..!

Being new to the ETCC and very much liking the look of it can anyone answer me two questions:

1. Will it be televised? Eurosport only maybe?, and
2. What is the difference between Super 2000 and Super Production? Are the Super Production cars private entries as opposed to the factory Super 2000???

Excuse my ignorance!! Looks like a cracking line-up though!!

The ETCC is run as part of the Super Racing Weekend package which includes FIA GTs, Clio V6s, Lambos, etc. The entire package is sponsored by Eurosport who will be showing an assortment of live and delayed highlights coverage.

Super 2000 are similar to SP but allow more mods to engine, suspension, aerodynamics, etc. Generally the S2000 cars are factory run or factory supported but no reason they have to be.

Silverstone also includes rounds of the British GT and British F3 Championships. Oh, and the FIA GT race is on Saturday evening not Sunday. Unfortunetly Sunday @ Silverstone means missing BTCC qualifying @ Thruxton.

Aren't Super 2000 about the same level a BTC touring, only super 2000 don't use common parts?
