JNWRF01 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Whilton Mill karting Feb 26th

Just wondering if anyone knows the condition of those taken off in various ambulances and the air ambulance.... Never seen so much contact - so little room given between drivers (and so MANY red flags) - air ambulances and kids are not a nice cocktail in my book. This whole BTCC style racing needs to be addressed....

Hope all involved are only bruised and battered and nothing serious..

Ben Ward from SWB Motorsport was home last night, a bit shaken & bruised, but basically ok.

The driving standards all day were poor, if the COC had called the meeting off during the long delay I don't think most could honestly say it would have been justified.

People remember you don't win a race at the first corner. It's club karting and it's not worth running the risk of injuring yourself or worse someone else.

Good news.... Out of interest - why do they have the start on that straight and not the one up the hill to the hairpin or even the one into the boot? have a flat out set of corners after the start is crazy? Doesnt account for some of the ramming tactics that were prevailent (and if the CoC has time to stop the meeting - he should have handed out some penalties).

They do have some big grids there - last year I saw a friends lad go into the hedge in a fiery ball, luckily he was relatively unscathed apart from burns, lacerations and a bone broken or two. Worrying though isnt it.
