Just a question...

Did Murray Walker ever commentate the BTCC?

1988-1997 full-time, and the odd race before then I believe.

The BTCC really suited him, epsecially with the onboard camera shots spliced in. "Hell hath no fury like a woman rammed!", "The car upside down is a Toyota" and "that'll be six grand please Derek" are surely among the classic Murrayisms.

Also, when Cleland was in the gravel at Paddock and told the team on the in-car radio that he was off the track and Murray responded with 'Och aye John the noo, so you are!' (or words to that effect!)

Doesn't just have to F1 for a Murrayism!
