A lot!
My first though was "impossible, there's only one road car" - but that wouldn't be too much of a problem for the N24 if the organisers want the car to come. |

If there was ever a candidate for a new GTP, this has to be it! Too bad the Enzo's V12 is too large, and has too many cylinders I think, to be allowed into the new LMP1 fold. Still, what a feast for the eyes!

Notice the ALMS "GTX" sticker on the sides... And I don't think Michelin is present on the Nurburgring.
With the rumors of an MC12 entering the ALMS, this could be it... dress the chassis up with that unique body and you have an entrant that the series would surely want to accommodate. |

It will be a completely new car underneath (so it isn't based on the Enzo!) but it will be a Ferrari!

NART? 'This venture isn't to make money.' There's a business plan to draw them in, like moths to a flame.
Still, heck of an interesting looking thing. |

Think it looks even better than the original. Hope a series over here will allow it to run or they'll at least bring it to some races.

Ferrari is one manufacturer we can all rely on for a good looking, but very expensive design.

Not known (yet). This is what James Glickenhaus has said about it:

'This venture isn't to make money. It's simply to enjoy ourselves and get some good exposure for a Sponsor who'd like to ride along.'
Now how cool is that? I love this guy. |

The last Ferrari sportscar to utilize the 4.0-litre V12 was the 333SP, I think. Though that would seem like a very out-of-date piece to dust off now.

I do not think any "special" config. is needed in racing nowadays, unless you are running a diesel, but I wonder if maybe Ferrari might, out the back-door, let them use a cylinder head that was made but never used. The gent with the car used to post over at AtlasF1 site, he is a very nice person to comm. with. |

I was thinking more along the lines of the chassis being out of date. As long as the output they require isn't anything that outlandish, the 4.0-litre V12 ought to reliably do the trick, although, that engine might be considered a bit too heavy now. We shall see.

Has a bit more information, among others that it will be the Ferrari 333Sp V12 that will be used. I unfortunately i don't thing that this will race anywhere else than N24, because of homologating issues (isn't there a requirement, for a minimum amount of road cars build?) |

Ah, in the owners last post, it appears that due to the way rules force everyone to be the same, it will be a V-8 and not a V-12.
For the horsepower allowed, the V-8 is better. To bad , but still an interesting project. |

430 engine? If its to last for 24hrs then a 430GT engine would be ideal.
