Maybe if you put his name in the thread title it might attract more (maybe his) attention?

"Final Adelaide Appearance for Brad Jones?"

I'm not sure BJR would survive without Brad driving, His nephew (I can't remember his name!) doesn't have the same charisma, which you need to get the public to support.....

Maybe instead of retiring him and a few of his old school cohorts should try and get a 2 liter formula up and running , loosely based on the BTCC

Mark Larkham had a go at team ownership before commercial issues made it a an up hill slog .

Paul Morris and Brad Jones the clock is ticking , Jim Richards has enjoyed a great carreer and has given his full time drive (Carrera Cup) up at the right time .

Money buys race cars , not talent , don't keep going just cause you run the team

If this does indeed turn out to be Brad Jones' last Adelaide, perhaps we should remember his first visit in 1986

From the looks of that footage, Bradley is in between Garry Willmington's Jaguar, and Ray Gulson's Alfa.

What a veteran! At least he knows how to steer a racing car; unlike, say, those from the TWR stable....

kmsport has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
If ownership of a L1 franchise was a purely commercial interest, maybe the person in question should have retired long ago. And if commercial exposure was directly proportional to the performance of the vehicle drivers, one begs to understand why the franchisee(s) have either drivers employed in their positions.

Mr Jones did a good job in the Formula Ford call, although Mr Noonan seemed to forget we could actually see what was happening on the screen....

Better yet, send him a PanelBeaters E-Mail, just don't say it's from an old friend.

Was the race in the morning? The reason I ask is that if it was, then that might explain why Brad was sharp, whilst his co-commentator was enjoying a somewhat early AfterNoonz nap

AGP '05. Yeah yeah most all will put it down to a luck tyre strategy. Facts are any one of the other teams could have made the exact same call.

Seriously, he is a great racer just not in this category. Step out now - as in right now - and give up the seat to Caruso. They've already got him signed up for the enduros and it's not like he could do any worse.
