Apparently the soltice was at 17:57 so we can all now complain that we are getting less sleep (ie the nights are getting shorter)!!!

Best wishes to all for Xmas, New Year and a good year's marshalling in 2010.

It was flipping dark this morning, but then you can't tell the days are getting longer without a watch until the 25th. Hmm, I wonder how that date got picked!

So have a wonderful Christmas all, be prepared to push Santa out of the gravel trap if needs be, and see you all around Easter time.

Actually it gets darker until the 6th Jan! Then the mornings begin to get lighter. Yule used to be celebrated on or around the 4-6 Jan.

I'd like to add a Merry Christmas to everybody as well.

Also a very Happy New Year to you all and I look forward to doing a tour around to different tracks again in 2010, really enjoyed it this year. Met some really great people and made some life long friends too.
