It is a full practice day, but Mike Cookson said there would be no commentary on the Saturday although he didn't say why. So perhaps there is no public admittance.

The MSV website doesn't mention tickets being available for the Saturday either. Another sign that there is no public perhaps?

Another alternative is that MSV are treating Saturday as a test day - ie. no admission charge, therefore no ticket (therefore no problem in getting in). I am just guessing here, but it's certainly a possibilty.
Also, speaking to Margaret (Simpson) today she did say that tickets would be valid on Saturday (in case anyone hasn't volunteered for Saturday but now wants to turn up!). Granted, she may not have noticed the dates on the tickets, but the idea is the same. I await being corrected though

woody61uk, I really don't think calling people names helps. Everyone has a job to do.

If you had taken the time to read your standing instructions it tells you the ticket is valid for three days

'ADMISSION Entry to the circuit can only be gained by showing/handing in your ticket. All Officials will be sent a guest ticket which must be used on or before the first race commences. Please don’t ask as we don’t have any spare tickets. The ticket is valid for all three days.'

As to the gate staff they have a job to do like all of us and getting abusive with them does not gain us any friends either.

In future read the paperwork.
