Invader should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Well, what can I say about Mr B & Q ?
We had a suggestion from a foreign Ten-Tenths member that maybe John should look for a sponsorship deal from Cup-a-Soup so that he can change his name to Batchelor.

Cheers for signing my hat in an amusing stylee.

Hey I've become a John B&Q fan today. He has loads of fun in him, He seems to know how to handle the fans in a way that make them feel good about meeting him. (A Lesson some of the others could learn)and although he may not be a front runner he seems to be doing a damn good job for his sponsors.

As Craig said, "He's the screaming Lord such of the BTCC"!

Yep - top bloke. Not every driver hands out signed caps (including special messages with kisses for Woody )

So well done John - not the best result on paper, but you drove a sensible race and stayed out of everyone else's trouble. Hope you get that 'lack of third gear' sorted out soon mate - I think you'll do rather well.

Well if he can treat the fans right then it will reflect through people buying his sponsers products.

Just a few questions. What is his real last name and who are his sponsers

His real last name is Batchelor. And his sponsors are B&Q, a large DIY store chain.

No question as to who the most popular new star of the BTCC is. Invader will be made to eat his words as the year progresses - already John's beaten Muller and Harrison in a Feature Race...

His real name was Batchelor, and he did try to get sponsorship from the soup company, however his real name is now B&Q he changed it by deed pole as part of his sponsorship deal he says he likes to do something different for his sponsors, there is an article about him in the may edition of CCC magazine.
