Radisichrox should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
300 or 500 wins? I don't think so!

Last year, 2000, at the Oulton Park race (I think), Alain Menu holds a sign that says "500 (or 300) BTCC wins". If I'm correct, Ford only won 60 or so races in the BTCC?

Yep, 500 wins, just think of all the races they won with the Sierra, did they lose any between 88-90.

Andy Rouse has won 60 races himself, the record.

Except that at the beginning, it wasn't called the British Touring Car Championship. The British Saloon Car Championship has been in existence in one form or another since 1958, and counting from that time, then yes, the number is in the hundreds.

About six years ago, Ford released a poster with plan views of every single winning car, along with dates and locations, and an intriguing mix they were, from American Galaxie 500s to Lotus Cortinas, to Mustangs to Escort Twin-Cams right up to 3-litre Capris and the then-new Mondeo.

Ive got that poster. It shows that Ford won 200 BTCC races beteween 1960 and 1993. I think that sign Menu was holding referred to the number of touring car wins from around the world not just from the BTCC.

Yeah- I remember the 200th BTCC win, and it's impossible to come up with 300 wins in 7 or so years. Thanks for the clarification!
