In a twisted sort of way, does the Fabcar DP remind you of...
The first generation of the Porsche GT1. Granted it has a seriously oversized roof but some of the front and rear aerodynamics seem slightly resemblent to the GT1. Perhaps its just the 911 headlights or something.
Does anyone else see slightl resembalance? |

I see it. That's why I thought the DP's were going to be GT1-ish. I've long since retracted that thought.

Well, I suppose if you took a Porsche GT1 an air compressor and inflated it, maybe. Personally I think the DP,s look like a childs crayon drawing of there fathers car. The Picchio looks like it was colored with this past weekend.

The FABCAR Porsche (That's what I call it) is still the best-looking to me, except for the Brumos car. The worst looking of the bunch is definitely the Doran car. Last edited by RacerGuy2; 25 Jun 2003 at 12:34. |

Um... well, the Red Bull paint scheme looks better-I wasn't aware that that was a Brumos car because of the different colors. I just don't like what they did to the headlights. Sorry for the confusion.

There is another Fabcar as well in GA - a car is run by the Cegwa team...its silver...and it doesn't look much like either of the Brumos cars.

Not at all. The Rothmans Porsche is beautiful. The Fabcar looks as much like it as the bloated new Thunderbird looks like a Thunderbird.

Actually, I was talking about the 96-97 version of the GT1, not the 98.

Why do we compare a car - that looks like a Renault 4L - with a Porsche GT1 ?
