Help some kids
Hey gang,
I asked Craig's permission to post this in the NASCAR forum, and he approved it, but since this may actually be of more interest to the Sports Car\GT crowd, I thought I'd post a link to it. According to the Official NASCAR Rule Book, Rule 12-4-A, "actions deemed as detrimental to stock car racing", NASCAR should be fined and put on probation.
