Fantastic first corner by Max. Never thought Perez would pass Hamilton. Hope the 2022 F1 cars will allow a race in Mexico.

That was quite boring.
Apart from the start and Ricciardo ruining Bottas' race (and Mercedes' pit crew making it even worse), did anything even happen? Oh right, the Ferrari's switched positions, even twice. |

An amazing start by Verstappen to take the lead but then it was just a matter of time when he would undercut Hamilton. All in all a pretty dull affair.

5 from me. Interesting in terms of the season but... No, wasn't good.

The first 30 seconds were exciting. The next hour and a half was turgid. 4. No real battles, no real passing oppertunities. This track is not compatable with these cars.

A generous 3 from me, first lap exciting, remaining race was torrid, really wonder what some people were watching looking at some of the scores given by others

2. What a borefest. I only watched the highlights and it must have been a struggle for C4 to actually find anything much to highlight after Max was invited through into the lead at T1. How anyone could rate that at 7 or 8 is well beyond my comprehension.... Poorest race I've seen for some time.

Yeah, this was very processional. I gave it a 5 for the championship points fight and for seeing Vettel, Alonso and Raikkonen in the top ten. But, after the start it was quite dull.

I voted 3, which I feel I'm only able to do after years of watching endurance racing and actually enjoying how monotonous stints play out with tires and fuel. Even within the first few post safety car laps, Sky was acknowledging the gaps were only growing, and only bottas and Ric were even close to each other.
Close title race also bumped it up and helped me feel less frustrated that I spent my Sunday hours doing nothing. |

No sugar coating it. Not an entertaining race at all.
But huge for RB. As Lewis said, RB are way to fast now. Championship looks to squarely be Max' and RB's to lose. Honestly didnt think i would be saying this during this engine formula era but here we are so a couple of points for that. 6 for me. |

I normally mark fairly generously, but can't give more than a 4 for that. It somehow managed to be interesting (with regard to how the strategies would be played) whilst simultaneously being boring to watch.....
