Oil filled, steel bodied dampers
A colleague has recently purchased a car he intends to use for historic racing. But, it must use oil filled, steel bodied dampers rather than the gas filled aluminium items currently fitted.
Does anyone know (1) which companies make oil filled, steel bodied dampers, and (2) which are best? TF |

I had valiant service from my AVO steel/oil dampers before eventually changing to aly ones. They do motorsport replacements for quite a range of historic cars so you may have some luck there:
