Kart Identity
I have purchased and restored a Kart raced in NZ in the late 70s, it is fitted with Twin T80 Corsiar Rotary valve engines, these are fitted with Dap Slide Carbs, on the under tray there is a sticker with "Black Widow" on it.
I would like to find out a bit more of the history of the Frame. Can anyone add something here? Last edited by zakspeed65; 4 Sep 2008 at 15:35. |

Any markings on it to help identify? chassis plates normally on the back cross bar. How you got the engines set up, are they firing simultaneously or in sequence? Bet its a beast to drive! I'm getting the bits together to build similar, but I think I want front brakes.

Hi,
I have looked all over the chassis and there are no ID plates or numbers. The engines are both fresh and I have not driven it yet, but as you say I think front brakes will be needed in the future. |
