If You're Not Going To Brands for CART...

...you really should be heading for Donington this weekend for the Top Hat Summer Historic Race Festival..the line up looks mouthwatering...FIA lurani Formula Junior, Frank Sytner and Simon Hadfield sharing and Elva BMW, FORCE F1 (Wolf WR1, Lotus 76 among many others), F5000, F2, Top Hat Saloon & Cloth Cap sports endurance races...definitely a real Festival.
If I hadnt already booked my hotel and got a ticket for my wife I'd probably forsake the Brands trip and go here (in the interests of marital harmony, i.e. being unable to afford a divorce settlement I'll be at Brands.

This year we really seem to have been spoilt for choice racing wise in the UK..am I complaing? No way Jose

I think you could be right. Sadly I'll be working here in Ankara.

Times like this I wish I was home and racing my car.

Chigley should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
As stated in another thread I won't be at Brands but roll on AMOC at Mallory, lots of luverly saloons, and Castle Combe on Monday a great clubbie circuit with traditionally big grids of close competive racing.
