Minardi Painting
Here is another painting commissioned this year for Paul Stoddart of Minardi.
It shows the moment when Salo 'lost it' in the Toyota in the Australian GP ensuring that Mark Webber finished 5th. The original is 30 x 20ins in acrylics. It is not on my website as yet. Hope you like it! Any comments welcome as always. Regards Andrew Kitson. Last edited by Andrew Kitson; 4 Jun 2009 at 12:24. |

Thanks Tom,
It is not a print, just a one-off original. Don't know yet if European Aviation will produce any prints for their corporate guests - might use it for their Xmas card I guess. |

I think the Minardi is one of the nicest looking F1 cars I've ever seen

As Paul Stoddart has received his TV money I thought it worth bringing this to the front again!
His girlfriend Sue - who commissions these paintings for him told me he loved it when he opened it earlier this week. He has had a pretty good week then - At last sense has prevailed with the money! |

Fantastic moment, ive been at every Melbourne Grand Prix and nothing has even came close those last few laps with Mark holding off Salo. The reaction of the crowd was like nothing ive ever seen in Melbourne. To top it off i was right in front of the first corner pile up.Amazing day ill never forget. Id Love a copy of that print on the wall at home!
