IRL Team Report Cards
With interest in Milka seemingly fading, perhaps there's some interest in how the various IRL teams are doing at the halfway point of the season?
Northcutt's done a report card on each of them - against pre season expectations. That lands Penske in the middle of the pace with a "C." That's behind four other teams, including Foyt (exceeding expectations, right?) I'd think there are contrary opinions here. |
