Tiina should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Just want to say hello!

I have joined recently to this forum. I'm from Finland and it may be a surprise, but I don't really care about Mika Hakkinen. I have been a Schumi-fan for almost ten years, and not goin to chance.
I would like to ask you about team orders? What do you think about that? Because in Finland people are 100 % against team orders. I'm too in a way, I think Schumi wins without those too. But now when Ron Dennis has given an interview where he said, that Mika is goin to help David, I think we can't really know anymore who would win and who not. Though we know, that either of the Minardi drivers aren't goin to win no matter what their team would order
I wish a very exciting season to everyone and keep in touch

TEAM ORDERS

WELCOME TIINA

I'M a fellom MS fan and also a big RS fan
I really don't think MS NEEDS team orders to win but as the NO.1 in the team it has it's priverliges but to say that MH and DC have ever not used team orders is a tad nieve

A BIG WELCOME TIINA.
Ralfanator and Tiina, I wonder what Eddie Irvine wasdoing to Jacques a few years back?
Answer: he was doing a Bernoldi on Jacques. to help TGF win, but TGF lost when he tried his dastardly act in the last race at Jerez. TGF needed the block alright, but ultimately he didn't win.

Sorry Tiina, my sarcasim destracted me from greating you.

WELCOME to Ten-tenths - and I'm with ya on the Schumacher thing

BTW, *saving some time here* he is referred to in this forum as TGF (That German Fellow). It's just shorter than typing his full name.

And we also have another MS: Mika Jr. , or Mika the lessor, whichever way you look at him.

I think when a team is spending 200 million a year to compete, they have the right to issue them. And most drivers don't have a cry about it, (unlike RB), because they know it is the best for the team.

Tina, as someone told me when i came to this forum, theres no need to use TGF. Honestly, it does lack a bit of respect. Of course, thats how some people intend it.

Welcome Tiina,

I on the other hand lead the anti Schumi segment of the forum (either one we don't have a bias) arm in arm with the other resident rabble rousers.

Why are all the women in this place Schumacher supporters????

Sorry Liz - with one very notable and intelligent exception.

See what I mean about the women around here. Surely I deserve a capital (sorry CAPITAL) M?

Besides she looks like a potential convert to bluegrass.

G'day Tiina - welcome,
Let me introduce myself. I don't really care about all this "I love Schuey - I hate Schuey" stuff. I'm impassive and just want to see good racing (although I am a bit of a Fisi and Trulli fan).

Oh, and I'll do anything to see an Aussie in f1. Well almost anything. Have a good one in Finland.

I am a Jean Alesi fan, because I remember what real racing looks like. I love the Red Cars but do not always care for the guys steering them round the track these days ... but welcome, Tina, we need more females around here to keep these boys in line!

I am against "Team Orders" otherwise known as "Affirmative Action." If you can't win without extorting points from other people, you are a loser. And my mother always told me that "Everybody Else Does" is a very poor excuse for doing wrong.

Mac,

This reads like a personal advert. Can I suggest Viagra for the impassive thing.

Mac,

Did nothing for you?

OK, don't jump to any conclusions yet, stay calm and reach over with your right hand and palpate your pulse at your left wrist.

It was there? Wasn't it?

Oops, sorry, there Tiina, may I offer you a welcome despite your misguided views on TGF and your countryman. I'm a Yank but my wife's family is Finnish and mine Swedish, since Ronnie Peterson is no longer with us, I'm a Hakkinen fan and have been since his Lotus days.

You are welcome to your opinion here. I think you will find that no matter which side you take, some one you suspected would oppose your views will surprise you and that we all work hard to get along, even if we disagree. Step over to the Gravel Trap and Moffat and Bononi will both try to buy you a drink.

Very glad to see you in the forum. As a Schumi fan I'm glad to have another MS supporter around.

Perhaps now the anti-Schumisti will see the error of their ways and we all can unite in support of the fourth WDC for MS.

Welcome Tiina, hope you enjoy the forum. I appreciate Michaels skills, for sure, but like Liz I feel his victories and championships have come with an assistance that should not have been required, given his skills, and some questionable driving tactics along the way (at least, I THINK she feels that way! )I do think he's the best of the current lot, but not my particular favorite,as I've been watching this sport for quite some time now...).

Hello there Tiina! Welcome to this wonderful place. I should warn you now that my posts often contain a heavy bias towards either a) Minardi or b) Kimi Raikkonen - I am England's biggest (shut it Moffat)fan of both.

Team orders are a no no - we want to see RACING!!!

Take no notice of heated words you may read. Most of the time we are just arguing, not fighting.

Yes, I do believe that TGF does not need Affirmative Action in order to win; that is why I continue to question his insistence that he get it. Has he so little self-confidence that he must help himself to his teammate's points, just to be sure? Seems a contradiction to me.

And when that other Mika returns we can go back to designating them as Cranky Mika and Other Mika.
