Duivelsberg, Maasmechelen (Belgium) 7th Oct
Looks like it should be a good event.
Think both ex-Larsson Fabia's will be there, and Div1a ERC Champion De Kermister will be there in the JDK Corsa so i've heard on the grape vine. Oh, HrRACING Rallyesport will be making the trip in Div 1a too. Can't wait!!! |

Pauwels is in the Focus for Sunday now.
Quite a good Div 1 entry now so that will be good to watch. |

oh I see
Well maybe some good driver can test the European champ car 2007 than this weekend in Belgium! That should be a biiiiiiiiiiig suprise !! A driver who will invest for the new 2008 season, looking for a really great car 'the champ car 2007 Skoda Fabia of Lars Larsson!' I think Coox will make a nice shot this weekend also with his Skoda! |

I will be there as usual. Little change in plans for Pauwels, he will bring out the 2007 ERC-winning car!!
Will be nice to see the 2006 ERC-winning car compete the 2007 ERC-winning car |

Well what can I say. Probably the best weekend racing ive had in a long time, if not ever.
Really made improvements with the car, and since it was still the stockhatch engine we just didnt have the legs on anything down the straight but i peddled it hard and came away with 4th in the C final. Its all learning and we learnt so so much last weekend. What an amazing feeling being on the grid for practice with european champion M.de Kershmecker, with the two ex-Lars Larrson Fabia on the row behind. Fantastic racing, felt gutted for Snoek in the Div 1 A final, but a fantastic recovery drive. The drive back was something else - left the circuit and non stop traveling got us back to the north east for 7.45 am. To say I was tired - quite an understatement. Have to thank many people for many things for last weekend, but especially Dave, Pete and Andy, who came as my team and without whom I would not have gone, let alone got the result I did. Also have to thank other people for too many other kindness's to list, but just to start a long list... Ric Horton, Tony Bell, Tony Lynch, Willem Veltmen, Phil Chicken, Ard-Jan Logmans etc etc I have to say...europe is the place to be racing... Will post pics when I work out the best way to do it. |
