750mc thank you letter
got home today and there was a letter from peter harding thanking all the marshals for a job well done i would just like to take this oppertunity to say thanks to peter for the letter i thought it was a good jesture and would myself like to say thanks for a good days raceing to the 750 mc

Its always nice to be appreciated. Had the same from a different club recently, and I have to say Id be more than happy to turn out for any event they stage that I can get to.

750 always send a thank you letter, and an update on the days events. What I appreciate is that it is addressed individually, not "Dear Marshal". A small thing but I it makes me feel valued.

I did the Birkett for the first time last year and can highly recommend it. We got a bit of debris on the first lap and an oil slick to make Exxon Valdez be jealous late on, but other than that a quiet day. Very interesting range of cars and after a short while it became a constant stream of racers, that said last year it was on the National circuit, I think its on the GP circuit this time so might be a bit more spread out. I volunteered for this one at the beginning of the season, one to look forward to. Wouldn't want to be on the blue flag though, arms like popeye by the end of it I would imagine!
