As the F1 world takes advantage of a well-earned break, Ralf and fiancée Cora headed for Andalusia for a romantic holiday… just the two of them.

However, after just one night beneath the stars the couple realised that there was something missing from their idyll… ‘Blackie’, their dog.

The following day, Ralf sent his private jet back to Salzburg to collect the poor pooch – who was ferried to the airport in a limousine.

Blackie soon became popular with the airport workers who spent over an hour playing with the little chap, once he’d had enough fun and games he was taken to the plane and sent on his way to meet up with his master.

Taking in to account the cost of the plane, limousine hire and airport staff overtime, it’s believed Ralf will see little change from £20,000 ($28,000).
