Nice. Are there any support series running during the Formula-E weekends? Or is the Formula-E race just a standalone event?

Just Formula E, at least it was in Malaysia which is the only one I've been to. They did have a display of electric bikes though.

The Formula E events are generally held all on one day though, we had practice from 7.45 til 9, qualifying 10-11 and the race started at 2pm, so there is still quite a bit of track time.

Thanks for these.

I'd really like to see one of these races... not sure a Canadian round is likely though.

Canadian round on February? Molson GP? Oval track around a hockey rink?

Yep that is correct

I can say it was very hot but the ticket prices were very low RM50 like 15$USD and you can roam around the track. I got to meet several drivers during a fan-autograph session (would you like a link to it?) and asked them a few questions it was pretty cool. Though I'm counting on the fact that I was very fortunate to be inside the line of people that waited for the drivers. There was food but I always have a hard time with taking photographs of the cars as my lense won't go through the fence[as it is far away] and also when the race begun there were more people than I expected because they let people w/o tickets go in and allowed us to even go to the grandstands with a few laps remaining. Heck I even saw Bruno Senna crashed. When going back, there was jams as expected but I parked my car at the Putrajaya train station so I just needed to board a bus that uses a route that have no cars/traffic jams as I have my experience to the Malaysian Grand Prix to make that decision
