Could not give it to Lewis again so Kvyat gets my vote for an entertaining race and the only real overtaking

Verstappen for making the best of the situation, particularly keeping a cool head to pounce on the outcome of Vettel's first lap fumble....

Mr Ricciardo for continuing to smile even though the 4th string Toro Rosso could just walk away from him up the straights...

Kvyat, nice overtaking.
Oh, and he’s British of course. |

Sainz just ahead of Verstappen.
Impossible to assess Mercedes drivers because if their drivers were Stroll and Giovinazzi one of them would be world champion. The car is that good. |

I found this a tricky one. Lewis is the obvious choice except that his Q3 performance was scrappy in the extreme. He'll be cringeing when he watches that back later.
So I decided to stir things up a bit and give my prize to Gasly. He seems to have got the monkey off his back and performed to the level expected of him. That's not normally my criterion for DOTR but I thought I need to do something different (a bit like Ferrari). |

I went for Kevin Magnussen. Just because there was no real stand-out choices in a fairly beige race. Maybe I could have voted for Hamilton or Verstappen or one of the other British drivers.

Carlos Sainz for me.
At least he made a few passes - some on cars that were faster than his McLaren at this track - and picked up some decent points. |

I'm going to say Verstappen. He's been consistent all year but is now even beating the Ferraris. An unfussy delivery of a podium spot and a lot quicker than Gasly.
