SCbR04 - The Bend
Seems there is a round this weekend at the bend.
No thread about it here yet?

And Foxtel/Kayo arent even bothering to stream Friday (and calling saturday day 1) even tho the bends website has schedule showing full day of practice and quali for various classes.

People, deep down, have waning enthusiasm for V8s. But get pumped up when it comes to diminishing TCR/2 litre cars.

I don't think ever! Quite a shame neither Mostert nor Waters capitalised on SVG's "worse" weekend... would spice up a title fight.
And De Pasquale is really getting to grips in DJR, hopefully more wins will come. Quite a shame he couldn't finish on the podium in the thrid race.

SVG's worst weekend, despite his not winning a race, still netted him the round win and more points over the weekend than anyone else.

Exactly, when the wins are not there, he's consistent.... Waters and Mostert are not as fast and nowhere near as consistent. Seems like an 'easy' campaign for SVG this year.

You gotta love 3 different winners across the weekend, no matter who they are. Still can't get used to that track though. I'm watching but have absolutely no idea where they are at any given time. Just not ingrained into the brain like all the long termers.

Yeah, besides the front straight, it has no memorable features for the TV viewer.

It's probably a hoot to drive on though.

First weekend had two DJRTP wins (1 each FC &SM), and 1 Holden win.(SVG)
