In short, after the race, Randle was happy to hold his hands up to his mistakes, and it looked like he was attempting to get into the RB garage to apologise to Feeney, yet Dutto was doing the semi aggressive human roadblock to stop him. did Kostecki actually turn Reynolds or just collect him mid spin? from the ourside shot it looked like Reynolds was already in a spin when Kostecki got into him. But then again i wasnt paying that much attention and there may have been earlier contact

Bear in mind that as TR walked up to the garage (still wearing helmet) for all Dutto knew, Thomas may have been looking for a bit or argy-bargy; so Dutto's first instinct is to protect his crew. Nothing wrong with that, have done the same myself when a fired-up driver arrives to remonstrate.

As the opposite was true in this case, it all appeared to calm down very, very quickly.

Yeah - amazes me that Dutto's v-e-r-y gentle "push" and for that matter Barry Ryan's similar gentle "push" on Frosty previously are even considered worthy of any kind of intervention from the authorities. Have seen much, much more than that over the years.

However, if the rule is in place it shouldn't be ignored but it does seem to me that maybe the rule needs some attention.

While Randle had good intentions, I don’t see an issue with a team leader stopping non-team personnel into the garage

Would hope so, otherwise somebody might happen to glance a look at a team's monitor, but that may only apply when the cars are on track.

I think Larko moved tyres that were positioned in the sun by the team. Larko must have not been thinking for a moment.

Probably plenty of drivers and team members wondering what is happening in the next garage but what harm is in it?
