Russell Ingall

I wouldn't normally want to go starting rumours, but I've heard this one from several very relaible sources, so what the heck?

Word down the grapevine is that the Enforcer will sooner or later be packing up his bags and heading off to the blue oval.... stay tuned for details

I find that hard to believe. Where would Russell fit?

I could see him leaving Larry, but to a Ford team?

Another tiff - continuing you mean

And AMoffatt - why not the Blue Oval? I seem to recall the same being said of one C. Lowndes...

Drivers will go where the dollars are - after all, they are in it for the money errrr the sport

How long was Bright's deal with HRT - 2 or 3 years ? Get Russell into a HRT car. He's always whinging those cars and that team are impossobile to beat. Put him in one and see how he goes.

Ford seem to have a policy of spending money on drivers rather than cars.

No WW should be with Morris. If Crashy has just said all that I am sure that is not a secret anymore.
Hmmm, expect to see a level 1 car in the konica's also.

Something tells me that Rusty would be hesitant to go to HRT.

Last night it was totally dead - server couldn't be resolved. But has been stable for the past week other than that hiccup (haven't seen any more SQL server errors now for about 10 days....)

Check the Feedback and Announcments forum - apparantly one of the 10-10ths HDs crashed and they've had to transfer most of their data to another. Could be some more downtime coming.

By the way - has V8 Supercar silly season started already then ?

What about Besnard's seat at SBR? Ingall and Ambrose would make a formiddable combination.

Nope, I think you will find someone there is not very happy and a 3rd seat may become available.

Seats revolt! I can just see the headline now....

Briggs Motorsport today announced that all seats in their team had revolted and were switching camps, effective immediately, to the Paul Romano Team.

Max Wilson seat was quoted as saying 'We don't want no steenking overweight and underpaid drivers in our team - with the fines being given to Paul we figured he would be on a diet and would be more lenient on us'.

Briggs is yet to confirm the rumour he has already bought out the seats from under Skaife, Bright and Murphy (complete with woolen gloves, mittens and velcro seat strips.

(btw - satire before anyone complains....)

***** ***** *****....

you're wrong RT- Sevi's talking about pants- lots of pants have been cruising around with backside's hanging out of them lately

To use a Billy Connelly quote, Gardner was "as popular as a fart in a space suit" for failing to PQ at EC apparently... but a 4th car at Briggs? sounds interesting, but it'd be silly to see three different trucks painted in different sponsors colours for a 4 car team...

I wonder if 00 Motorsport will get rid of "Network 10's own Neil Crompton" and hire Ingall
